We are a nonprofit co-op RV Park with 182 sites, all of whom are members of Escapees RV Club. Membership in the co-op entitles the member to the use of their specific site and all common areas.
How to become a member
We are an adult-only residence (2 people per rig)
You must be a member in good standing with Escapees RV Club.
The approximate cost of a lifetime membership is $10,000 (subject to change) plus depreciation cost of previous lot improvements.
The maintenance fee is currently $350 per quarter
Before becoming a member, it is a great idea to read through our By-Laws and Standing Park Rules. Everyone agrees to abide by them before becoming a member. The documents are updated occasionally as they are voted on and approved by the membership majority.
Wait List: Currently, there are no lots available but there is a waiting list. The cost to place your name on the waitlist is $2,000 (a deposit refundable at your request), in addition to a $75 (non-refundable) processing fee. Click this link to access the application.
Member Benefits
A home base for travels or permanent home in a Park setting with many beautifully landscaped common areas.
The sites are approximately 45' x 80' which include a 10’ x 14’ storage shed and a 10’ x 10’ patio built on a concrete slab at each site. Many make use of their sheds as offices, workshops or for storage.
Each site contains a pedestal for electric (120/30/50 amp) plus sewer and water hookups.
Well-water & sewer are included in the quarterly maintenance fee.
Destination & park models are allowed and must meet Co-Op regulations.
Quonset hut: Work benches, miscellaneous hand tools, bolts, screws, paint, etc.
Oil change station with in-ground pit & car wash station
Outside storage area for extra trailers, RVs, vehicles, boats, etc.
